Avid technology enthusiast branching into the world of BBQ. Hello, my name is Nick Angelucci and I have a keen interest in grilling over charcoal. In my previous roles which started in the 90's, I worked for international manufacturers in the consumer electronics space. I saw fortunes rise and bust in those tech boom years, which gave me great insight in what consumers wanted.  With so much global change occurring in those years and now, I felt a driving compulsion to go at it alone and employ my own ideas to create something new and different - something I can call my own invention. In 2007, I decided to start on a small consignment on the side from Italy on a specific type and method of charcoal BBQ called Arrosticini (something that is linked to my own family origins).  I would be the first in Australia to take this to the mainstream and showing others the equipment required to do this style of skewer cooking. Soon later, what started as a small garage operation only selling on eBay, started to grown and occupy more and more of my spare time. By 2010 I would be importing from Italy, China and the US and I decided to go for it full time and open up my first retail showroom/shopfront in Sydney. Additionally I added my own eCommerce website which I developed myself into the mix and started to promote my business on facebook.
